By accepting this confirmation to the reservation sent, you agree to the following:

This (we) the Property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and to request any guest to leave the resort if they cause a disturbance.

(WE) THE PROPERTY AND COMPANY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS, INJURY OR DAMAGE TO GUESTS, PERSONAL PROPERTY OF ANY KIND OR FOR LOSS OF MONEY, JEWELRY OR VALUABLES Of ANY KIND.

(WE) WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE OR LOSS OF ANY KIND CAUSED BY ANY NATURAL CAUSES. 

THESE ARE NON SMOKING CABINS, MINIMUM $100.00 CHARGE;

#4 CABIN IS DESIGNATED FOR PETS; NO PETS ALLOWED INSIDE OTHER CABINS, MINIMUM $100.00 CHARGE. PETS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY IN ACCORD WITH GUEST POLICY.

(YOU) the GUEST are RESPONSIBLE for your OWN HEALTH. By accepting this confirmation  (YOU) are accepting ALL RISK in the event of ALL HEALTH RELATED Issues, including but not restricted to, CoVid19, Influenza and ALL other infectious diseases known or unknown.

IN THE EVENT OF DAMAGE &/OR EXCESSIVE CLEANING SERVICES ARE NEEDED A MINIMUM OF $50-$500  CHARGE OVER AND ABOVE All OTHER CHARGES  WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD.

Stolen or Damaged Items will be deemed to be the responsibility of the Occupant

My Guests & I agree NOT to hold Murphy’s Landing/Canyon Development Co. Ltd liable for any injury, theft or damage of personal property sustained while using the property and its facilities.

I agree to the rate (s) and Date of Departure as noted above.  Further, I agree that my liability for the charges is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the amount of such charges is not paid.

I authorize Murphy’s Landing Resort to charge my credit card for any damages, excessive cleaning, pet charges or un-returned room keys.

By providing the information, you consent to the use of this information by Murphy’s Landing Resort for the duration of your stay and for future use.

CHECK OUT TIME IS at 11:30am for both Cabins & RV Sites

DAY VISITORS OF CABIN/RV GUESTS STAYING AT MURPHY’S LANDING ARE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF 6 (six) PERSONS AT A TIME. Access may be restricted by Resort Management. DAY VISITORS – charges apply. PARKING FOR DAY VISITORS IS SPECIFIED

NO MORE THAN 6 (six) PERSONS MAY STAY OVERNIGHT ON A RV SITE.

ENSURE ALL PERSONAL ITEMS ARE TAKEN WITH YOU UPON DEPARTURE.  PLEASE E-MAIL THE OFFICE LISTING WHAT YOU HAVE LEFT BEHIND,  instructions will follow.  ALL ITEMS ARE KEPT UNTIL THE SEASON ENDS, NOVEMBER 1st of that SEASONS YEAR.

Cancellation Policy, Requirements & Cabin/Site Policy:

*When paying the total bill a 3% surcharge is applied when paying with your credit card.

If you pay the total bill with CASH, EMAIL TRANSFER or DEBIT CARD a 3% is not charged to the final sale

 

NOTE:   Check in times are between 3:00 - 5:00pm.  The Office REMAINS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE – if you assume you will be arriving late please make prior arrangements VIA EMAIL for check in.    

**Specific requests of Cabins & Sites are subsequent to change but will be honored to the best of the reservations ability.

 

NIGHTLY Spring & Fall Season Cabin & Site Cancellations:

 

All NIGHTLY Site & Cabin reservations require minimum 7 days advance notice to cancel your full reservation. Cancellations within the 7 days are charged the first night and unfilled subsequent nights =  EXCLUDING  June, July, August , September & All Long Weekends....These Months & All monthly &/or prior year reservations are subject to the Cancellation Policy & Exceptions quoted below.**

FIRE WOOD – It is mandatory that only our firewood be used.  No foreign wood is to be transported onto our property or taken out if you have brought some with you - due insects/beetles etc. foreign to our area & property.

 

** Weekly Rentals (ALL YEAR ROUND) ~ Cabins & RV ; All Rentals during June/July/Aug/September/Long Weekends (as stated in season details https://www.murphyslanding.ca/rates-accommodations) & Monthly Site Cancellations:

**In the event that you do cancel, The Deposit will be taken off your credit card and is non-refundable.

Cabin $100/week ~ RV Site 50$/week

 

When canceling, the following indicates what you will additionally be charged (minus the deposit).

In the event of cancellation, We try very hard to book your full reservation with another interested party and will not charge you the cancellation fees if We can fill your full reservation however the Deposit Charge will apply.

By accepting the confirmation you agree to:

The rate(s) and date of confirmation issued, rates, date of arrival, and departure as noted above. 

You further agree that by providing the information, you consent to the use of this information by Murphy’s Landing Resort from this time forward and for use of future check-ins.

You further authorize Murphy’s Landing Resort to charge your credit card for any late fees that may apply by canceling

 

*Exceptions:

 

All Reservations made a year prior to arrival require your cancellation no later than November 1st of the same year or they will be considered confirmed with no refund available. If I do not hear from you it will be considered reserved without a refund.

All Reservations for the following year can be made anytime up to December 31st of the year prior and will be answered in the order received as early as possible

All Reservations that are made at that time will be considered confirmed with no refund available. 

All requests after December 31st will be answered in the order received as early as possible

You may send reservation requests via e-mail at any time (no phone messages please while the Office is closed)

Usual Reservations for the Season will begin when the office is open, in the order they were received beginning April/May Opening of the reservation year.  

 

Office is always closed on Sundays, please contact by Email to make alternative arrangements for check ins/outs

OFFICE IS OPEN to OFF ROAD Guests – April/May Opening to November 1st - All Reservation outside of these months require Advance reservations.

November, December, January, February & March – Cabins are rent-able by RESERVATION ONLY

MONTHLY RENTALS in ALL Cabins & RV Sites are available ALL Season
