Murphy's Landing 40 acre property has Upper Landing Sites and Lower Landing Sites. All Site are generously spacious and nestled in lush green landscape. The fresh, clean surroundings and immaculate landscape coupled with a friendly atmosphere and private settings will add that touch of home to what will become your peaceful and unforgettable vacation.

Sites are numbered 1a ~ 20
*Site 14, 15, 19 & 20 are non-serviced
Upper Landing outlined in Green & the entire Property outlined in Yellow
There is an elevation difference between Upper & Lower Landings
Upper Landing is now all LONG TERM RESIDENTIAL RENTAL
Lower Landing Sites are Nightly & Weekly Stays
Lower Landing Monthly Stays are subject to availability at the current weekly Rate
Upper Landing Sites are now All Long Term Rental Sites
Lower Landing Sites are fully serviced with 50 amp Power, Water, Sewer, Cable TV and Wifi access.
Wifi access point is also available near some community areas. If your RV is 30amp or less, Please Bring your own adapter - ex: 30amp up to a 50amp adapter.
Fire pits at each site. Please, no foreign wood on our property, if using your fire pit it is mandatory to purchase our onsite Firewood, available at a reasonable charge.
Pets allowed.
Non-Service Sites are available as an overflow feature only - Please inquire when serviced RV sites are fully booked.
Generators may respectfully be used at the non-serviced sites as they are situated away from the other sites and cabins.
If arriving with a ½ to full septic tank, PLEASE empty your tank in the Sani-Dump at the Esso Gas Station across the highway, our sewer is septic tanks only.
NO TENTING sites available - Fully Self Contained Units Only - NO washrooms or showers
We know you will love our beautiful surroundings and pristine nature. We want You and your Family to enjoy our property for years to come with great respect to the constructed and naturally occurring landscape. PLEASE do not collect underbrush or wood from the surrounding treed forest; rocks or driftwood from the beach, paths and creeks.
